🚚 Shipping Policy

· All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. 

· Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India. 

· You will receive a tracking link once your order is ready to ship. 

· Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location or unforeseen delays. 

🔁 Return & Exchange Window

· You can request or create a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery you received. 

· Items must be:

    o Unused, unwashed, and unworn 

    o With original tags & packaging intact 

📩 How to Request a Return

1. If you want to return the product you can create it by your own in our website or email us/call us.

2. Email us at admin@astronclothing.com 

3. Share your Order ID + clear images/video 

4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

🔁 Return Process

· Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (if available in your area)

· If pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship the product 

· Please ensure the product is securely packed 

💰 Refund Policy

· Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we received the product back 

· Refund will be issued to the original payment method 

· For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via Bank Transfer/UPI 

♻️ Exchange Policy

· Size exchange is available (subject to stock availability)

· Request must be raised within 10 days of delivery 

⚠️ Important Notes

· Products must be returned in original condition 

· Refund/replacement is processed only after quality check 

· Astron Clothing reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
